Wrong Number is a playset for the game Fiasco inspired by the Hotline Miami video game series.

If you are unfamiliar with the games, here's a quick summary that should give you a general feel of the setting:
Hotline Miami's general esthetic could be summed up as neo-noir mixed with a lot of neon lights and electronic music. There is a strong presence of themes such as civil unrest, drug dealing, gang violence and gruesomely violent murders committed by seemingly random people in animal masks, who receive mysterious phone calls.

Fiasco is Bully Pulpit Games production.
Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number are Dennaton Games productions.
